On Tuesday our learners at Kaharoa School were very fortunate to have a morning of learning, exposure and fun into the world of science.
We had a variety of parents and people from our community who came along and shared the work they do and the passion they have. The children saw how science is in our everyday world.
We would like to send a big thank you to: Carole Harvey from Kiwi Encounter, Tim Day, Katinka Huender, Dr John Lee, Dr Kirk Torr and Dr Amanda Matson from SCION, Dale Williams from Regional Council, Mike Cox from Metalform Engineering, Celia Grant from Help My Horse LTD, Paul Button from Canopy Tours, Mandy du Toit, Christina Clark and Vance Shoebridge from Kaharoa School.
It was a wonderful morning and we appreciate the time and energy you gave to make it a great experience for our curious minds here at Kaharoa School.
