Thank you from Rhythmic Rimu

Room Rimu had a spectacular camp at Waihi in the last week of February, staying at Sapphire Springs Holiday Park and visiting various mining-related venues, local walks and of course the beach. Thank you to the wonderful parents who attended this memorable camp: Corrine Dixon, Brad Hohneck, Eddie Brake, Courtney Brunt, Jacqui English, Eden Ross, Vanessa Paikea, Jenn Transom, Shaun Coxhead.

We had an awesome time and your support was superb. You managed to transport excited children, share a room with a group of noisy 9 & 10 year olds (twice!), complete a number of walks - even in the heat, cook, prepare and/or serve food, supervise all sorts of activities and still smile at the end.

Thank you also to the parents and whanau that visited and helped with transport or supervision during the visits (Salan Rattan and Ashikia Sharma, Wiremu Ruru (senior) and partner, the Ross and Wang whanau).

Again, thank you all for helping to make our time so special, a camp to remember.
