Yoga Classes with Jenny Lux

Kia ora Yoga Students,

Jenny Lux will once again be offering yoga classes in term 4.

Tutor: Jenny Lux, IYTA (NZ) Dip.

Where: Kaharoa School - Kokako Centre

When: Mondays 6.30pm to 7.30pm, 10 weeks from 07 October through to 16 December 2024 (except Labour Day)

Cost: $120 for the 10-week term (casual attendance $16 per lesson)

What: Gentle hatha yoga, suitable for beginners. Yoga postures, breath work, relaxation and meditation. Focus on well-being, self-study and connection.

Biography: Jenny Lux is a local organic market gardener based in Ngongotaha. Having practised yoga since age 17, she has been teaching it since 2013, and in Kaharoa community since 2018. Her educational and work background is in ecology and she loves to incorporate eco-conscious practices into her yoga classes. She often brings seasonal organic vegies to class for yoga students to purchase.
