Community AED Unit

The KCA & Kaharoa School community AED (automated external defibrillator) is in a cabinet located in the bus shelter outside the school.

In an emergency, the process to follow is: Call the 111 services, ask for the Ambulance then explain that we have an AED at Kaharoa School and we need the code to the padlock on the AED box. If you have any questions about the procedures, how to use the device or the padlock number as a community member, please phone the school 07 3323444 or a KCA member www.kaharoa.co.nz and leave your details and someone will return your call.
