Born and raised in Northland, my husband and I owned and worked our dairy farm before coming to Rotorua 20 years ago with our three beautiful girls.
Once settled, I began working at Kaharoa School assisting with reading, maths, music, choir and productions. Whilst working with children who were struggling, I found my determination in seeing these children succeed was rewarded as they gained confidence and achieved their goals.
Achieving goals will flow into all areas of our lives. There usually comes a time when buying or selling a home is inevitable. Assisting both buyers and sellers to reach their goals, drives me to work diligently, honestly and to the best of my ability with their interests at heart. I consider it a privilege to be involved in people’s life journey and join this value to my enduring interest in Real Estate.
Throughout all this my faith has underpinned who I am and what I do. The values of integrity, fairness and honesty are the framework on which I build my life.

What My Clients Have To Say About Me:-
“When we were looking for an agent to sell my parents’ house, we picked Marlene randomly. We soon realised we couldn’t have made a better choice. Not only was she professional and right on the ball, in that she had successful strategies and a fresh approach, she was also caring and sympathetic towards two elderly people who were selling their well-loved home of fifty years. Marlene knew it was hard for them, and showed great empathy and kindness, taking into account their age and frailty. The house was sold after only three open days, showing Marlene obviously knew her target audience and worked energetically to the end result. We would highly recommend Marlene, as she gets results.”
