When selling property it is important to use someone who knows their product. With rural and lifestyle properties this is even more important.
My husband and I have been in the area off and on over the last 12 years, with the last 7 years being in the Hamurana/Kaharoa area Dairy farming. Now that we have two boys attending Kaharoa Primary we enjoy all the benefits of this wonderful community.
I understand the importance of running a farm profitably and sustainably for future generations. Having experience contracting to Dairy NZ means I can also relate well to farmers and their needs.
Born and breed into a Real Estate family based throughout the Bay of Plenty, I also have an understanding and knowledge on what it takes to help people find their dream property.
Being enthusiastic on everything property means I am excited to be a part of the experienced Ray White Te Puke team.
If you have any questions on anything Real Estate give please do not hesitate to give me a call.

We are a Owner Operator business of a Fertiliser Spreading & Spraying Truck.
We operate a 4x4 Mercedes truck with extra wide tractor grip tyres to minimise ground compaction and give superior traction. Inside the cab there is GPS guidance and mapping system along with computer controlled spraying and spreading equipment.
When the truck is setup for spraying the 5000 litre stainless steel tank is used only for liquid fertiliser application so there’s no concern about other residues it may contain. It has its own agitation system for quickly dissolving urea, saving time on the job. There is a Hiab crane fitted to lift up bulk bags of Urea for dissolving in the tank. We can supply and cart a range of Liquid Fert Concentrates on our flatdeck trailer and carry a Bulk supply of Gibberellic Acid Growth Promoter in the truck.
In under One Hour the truck can be quickly changed to a conventional Fertiliser spreader that can spread all types of Fertiliser, Lime & Urea. We also tow an Automat trailer to bring a possible total of 15Ton to the Job. We also have available a Bulk Storage fertiliser bin. Lime & Fert can be dumped here straight from the source and carted out to you to be spread.
We cover the Rotorua, Bay of Plenty and Waikato regions.

The Kaharoa Community and Hall Society Incorporated was created on 12 April 2005 with the amalgamation of the Kaharoa Community Association (KCA) and the Kaharoa Public Hall Society Inc (1923).
The KCA was formed on 16 October 2000 with the special objective of purchasing and developing land to create a public domain for use by the community. This was achieved and the domain sits around the Kaharoa school fields.
The main objectives today for the Community Association are:
The annual KCA membership fee is $25.00 per family. The benefits of KCA membership include:
The KCA meets at the Kaharoa Hall on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 7:30pm. The Annual General Meeting is held in March/April each year and all residents in the area are welcome to come along.
At committee meetings we discuss hall maintenance, improvements & hireage, arrange social activities & events and discuss all issues of interest to the community. Matters such as roading, future water sources, property rates and community safety are raised with the Mayor and Councillors with whom we meet with on a quarterly basis.
The current committee have recently obtained and installed the acoustic baffles and new heating system for the hall. They have hosted pot luck dinners, movie nights, quiz competitions and dances.
The meetings are informal and open to any one to attend. We are interested in any issue that impacts on the greater Kaharoa, Te Pu communities.
Originally established in 1926 by Alfred Lee, the name Lee Bros has been around for a long time. The original Lake Road factory was the home of Lee Bros until 2008. Although ownership has changed a few times over the decades, the name Lee Bros Joinery has always been retained. In 2008 Lee Bros Joinery moved to new premises at 120 View Road. All of the plant from Lake Road was relocated. One of the benefits of our new premises has been the creation of a larger showroom which has allowed us to demonstrate and show more products and solutions to our clients. There have been many advancements in manufacturing over the years. At Lee Bros Joinery Ltd we use new technologies and materials, along with some traditional skills to create not only timeless timber joinery but modern and innovative kitchens and cabinetry fittings.
